Ukhetho ukongeza:
- 200 g Iiamangile zomhlaba
- 3 IPc. Iibhanana, malunga. 300 g
- 30 g Ioli yecoconut enyibilikiweyo
- 3 tbsp imaple syrup
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 0,5 tsp Ground bourbon vanilla
- 3 IPc. amaqanda
- 0,5 tsp Isoda yokubhaka
- 1 tbsp Ijusi yelamuni
- 1 songe Ityuwa yolwandle
- 2 tbsp I-cocoa nibs
- 3 tbsp ezomileyo
- 2 Iipilisi Cardamom

- Gcoba iibhanana ngeoli yekhokhonathi kunye nejusi yelamuni ngefolokhwe okanye ipuree kwiprosesa yokutya. Yongeza zonke ezinye izithako kwaye udibanise nge-whisk okanye iprosesa yokutya. Ewe, sebenzisa kuphela imbewu yeepod zekhadiamom 😉
