- 300 g Amaqunube aqandisiweyo
- 1 tbsp Iswekile enomgubo
- 3 tbsp iswekile
- 1 ipakethi Iswekile yeVanilla
- Ijusi yelamuni

- 1) Vumela ama-raspberries anyibilike. Beka i-12 kubo ecaleni. I-Puree intsalela kunye noshukela oluyimpuphu kwaye udlule nge-sieve. Beka i-dab enesisa ezantsi kwesitya.
- 2) Hlanganisa i-mascarpone kunye nobisi kude kube lula. Emva koko yongeza i-quark, iswekile, i-vanilla ishukela kunye nejusi yelamuni kwaye uvuselele.
- 3) Nyibilikisa i-tshokoleta kwindawo yokuhlambela amanzi kwaye ungeze kumxube we-mascarpone quark. Hlanganisa ngokufutshane kwaye ugcwalise izitya ezincinci.
- 4) Ukuhlobisa kunye ne-raspberries kunye ne-drizzle kunye ne-puree yejusi ye-raspberry. (Ndazama iresiphi yePasika kwaye ndayalela imihombiso enokutyiwa emile okwemivundla.)
