Izithako
- 600 g "Isitayile seThuringian" intlama yokulahla kwishelufu entsha
Ukuzaliswa:
- 250 g UThuringian Mett
- 100 g Isoseji yesibindi intsha
- 1 tbsp Iintyikrakra
- 1 amancinane Diced itswele
- 1 iqela I-parsley ekhethiweyo
- 1 tsp Imarjoram eyomileyo
- 2 iipinishi Ipepile emnyama evela kwilitye
- 2 sitshabalalisa Maggi
Ukwenzela i-ham sauce:
- 100 g I-diced ham ebilisiweyo
- 1 amancinane Diced itswele
- 1 tsp ioyile
- 1 tbsp Umfula
- 150 ml Umhluzi
- 150 ml Ubisi
- Pepper kunye netyuwa ukunambitha
- 1 tbsp Ijusi yelamuni
Ngaphandle koko:
- 2 L amanzi
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- 1 Sauerkraut

- Xuba zonke izithako zokuzaliswa kwintlama egayiweyo uze umise amadombolo amane alinganayo.
- Yenza intlama yedombolo ibe ngamadombolo amane amakhulu. Beka epanini enkulu kunye namanzi amaninzi kwaye uzise kwi-thumba ngetyuwa.
