Yeyiphi enye into yayo:

- 1 tbsp Iikopi ezinqunqiweyo
- 2 Iifillet ze-anchovy zinqunyulwe kakuhle
- 1 tsp Lwesinaphi seDijon
- 1 tbsp Herb iviniga
- 1 tsp I-Chervil inqunyulwe
- 1 tsp I-tarragon eqoshiwe
imiyalelo
Imayonnaise:
- Beka izikhupha zeqanda kunye neviniga, ijusi ye-lemon, i-pinch yetyuwa kwi-mustard kunye nesitya kunye ne-whisk. Kubalulekile ukuba zonke izithako zibe nobushushu obufanayo!
- Vumela ioli iqhube kumxube weqanda leqanda, okokuqala uphonsa ngethontsi, emva koko kumlambo omncinci, uvuselela rhoqo.
