- 40 g iswekile
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ipepile yomhlaba
- 2 IPc. Iingubo
- 3 Iingqolowa Ipelepele
- 0,5 tsp Sambal Oelek
- 1 tbsp I-Applesauce

- Gcoba ngobunono kumgangatho ophantsi de kufike ukuqina okufunwayo (malunga ne-15 min ukuya kwi-30 min.) (Isilumkiso: inokutshiza!)
- Emva koko udlule kwi-sieve, gcwalisa kwaye uvumele ukupholisa phantsi kwiqondo lokushisa. Yenza malunga ne-600 ml ukuya kwi-700 ml yeketchup egqityiweyo, emnandi.
