Ingredients
 

For the burger patties:

  • 2 Burger patties
  • 4 El. Tomato sauce
  • Lollo Rosso Salad
  • 4 Sch. Gouda cheese, young
  • 6 Sch. Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion, cut into half rings
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil, flavorless
  • 250 g. Organic minced beef for roasting
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Rapeseed oil, flavorless

Instructions
 

  • Season organic minced beef with salt and pepper, mix well. With the help of the "burger press" form two uniform burger patties with the typical grooves (cover the upper and lower parts of the "hamburger press" with cling film so that the burgers / patties can be easily removed). Remove the finished patties from the mold.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the burger patties on both sides. Halve the hamburger sesame roll, heat / roast with the cut surface facing down in the same pan. Wash and slice tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion briefly. Wash the Lollo Rosso salad, spin dry and pluck into the desired pieces.

Cover the XXL burger in the following order:

  • Brush the lower half of the bun with tomato sauce and then place: Lollo Rosso salad, burger patty, 2 slices of Gouda cheese, 3 slices of tomato, onion and more Lollo Rossa salad on top. Then put the bread roll lid on the burger and the "XXL burger with Lollo Rosso Salt" is ready
