Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 375 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 1 packet of powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Quick, easy, delicious. Just like grandma’s!

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream and yeast, then add the butter and flour and knead everything by hand until you have a soft, even dough. The dough should no longer stick to your hands. Let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Then roll out to about 0.5 cm thick and cut out any shapes you like. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Important: The cookies should not turn brown! They should remain light in color! Check after 10 minutes to see if they are baked through. After baking, let them cool, sift the icing sugar and generously dust the cookies over the cookies.
