Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 glass Wild blueberries
  • 2 tsp Food starch

Instructions

  • Put the flour in a bowl then gradually add all the other ingredients and work into a nice dough. Place in a warm place and let rise for about 1 hour, then (I have divided into four parts - but it will certainly also work six parts) divide and shape the dumplings, cover again with a cloth and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
  • It is best to prepare the finished dumplings over steam, about 15 minutes should be enough. In the meantime, heat the wild blueberries. Stir in the cornstarch in a cup of cold water and stir into the boiling wild blueberries, done.
