Yeast Dumplings with Wild Blueberries
The perfect yeast dumplings with wild blueberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 piece Egg
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 glass Wild blueberries
- 2 tsp Food starch
- Put the flour in a bowl then gradually add all the other ingredients and work into a nice dough. Place in a warm place and let rise for about 1 hour, then (I have divided into four parts – but it will certainly also work six parts) divide and shape the dumplings, cover again with a cloth and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
- It is best to prepare the finished dumplings over steam, about 15 minutes should be enough. In the meantime, heat the wild blueberries. Stir in the cornstarch in a cup of cold water and stir into the boiling wild blueberries, done.
