Yeast Dumplings with Wild Blueberries

The perfect yeast dumplings with wild blueberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 glass Wild blueberries
  • 2 tsp Food starch
  1. Put the flour in a bowl then gradually add all the other ingredients and work into a nice dough. Place in a warm place and let rise for about 1 hour, then (I have divided into four parts – but it will certainly also work six parts) divide and shape the dumplings, cover again with a cloth and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
  2. It is best to prepare the finished dumplings over steam, about 15 minutes should be enough. In the meantime, heat the wild blueberries. Stir in the cornstarch in a cup of cold water and stir into the boiling wild blueberries, done.
