Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp curry
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, wash the cabbage, and cut it into florets. Add the florets to boiling salted water and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until tender. Empty the water from the pot. Add the peanut oil, turmeric, curry powder, and salt to taste. Divide the cauliflower between two plates and serve with Provençal herbs sprinkled over it. If the head of cauliflower is large, this dish is suitable as a main course. Otherwise, it can also be served as a side dish. If desired, you can also top with a few nuts.
