Yogurt – Mandarin – Slices

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 160 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 cups of yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • 18 sheets of white gelatin
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • 2 packs of cake glaze, clear

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, and water. Add flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter onto a deep, prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Drain the mandarins, reserving the juice. Soak the base with mandarin juice as desired. Mix the yogurt with the sugar and lemon juice. Soften the gelatin according to the package instructions, then dissolve and add. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Now pour the filling onto the base. Place the drained mandarins on top. Prepare a cake glaze according to the package instructions. Cool thoroughly and pour over the cake at the end.
