Ngenhlama:
- 200 g U-Flour kakulweni

- 75 ml Water
- 1,5 tbsp U-anyanisi othosiwe
- 0,5 i-tsp Salt
- 1 i-tsp I-Italian spice mix
- 0,5 i-tsp I-paprika powder emnandi
- 0,25 i-tsp Oregano owomile
- 0,25 i-tsp I-marjoram eyomile
- 0,25 i-tsp I-basil eyomile
Okwe-tomato ne-olive paste:
- 2 tbsp Namathisela utamatisi
- 1 tbsp I-salsa sauce
- 4 Iminqumo eluhlaza egcwele i-paprika, ikhishwe
- 3 Utamatisi omisiwe elangeni emafutheni, akhishwe
- 0,25 i-tsp oregano
- 0,25 i-tsp UMarjoram
- 1 ingcosana enhle Salt
Okokuthokozisa:
- 50 g I-Gouda egayiwe
Ngaphandle kwalokho:
