  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil, if necessary

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick vegetarian dish with few calories

Dice the zucchini, tomato, and spring onion and lightly sauté them in a non-stick pan with a little water. The bottom of the pan should only be lightly covered with water. If you like, you can also fry the vegetables in a little oil. Then add the egg and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and continue frying until the egg is firm enough to cook.
