Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder (rose pepper hot)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the zucchini. Combine the breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk the eggs and dilute them with the cream, season with pepper, and add a little salt. Dip the zucchini slices in the egg, then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until crispy. Depending on your oven, you may need to flip the chips. Goes well with tzatziki or sour cream.
