Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 zucchinis
- 1 pack of ready-made salad dressing mix with dill
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- Salt
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with sour cream, apple cider vinegar and dill
Wash the zucchini, halve lengthwise, and slice thinly using a slicer. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 1 minute. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let drain. Finely dice the onion. Mix the cream with the dressing mixture and season with apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar, if desired. Add the onion. Mix again, then add the zucchini, toss to combine, and serve.
