Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g tomatoes
- 300 g zucchini
- some olive oil
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp herbs (Italian herb mix)
- Thyme, possibly additionally
- some sweet paprika powder

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the zucchini and cut into slices approximately 1-2 mm thick. Cut the tomatoes into chunks, then into eighths, and then halve these pieces again. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add the zucchini and fry until soft. Then add the tomatoes. Season everything. Then simmer briefly.
