Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 200 g flour
- 6 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Salt
- ½ cup(s) jam, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Make a dough from the ingredients. Chill for 1 hour. Roll out to about 3 mm thick and cut into approximately 8 cm squares. Add the filling and roll up from one corner. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
