Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 packs of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Spice mix (Italian)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar ,
  • oregano
  • chili powder
  • Oil (rapeseed oil)
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

It couldn’t be faster or healthier!

First, dice the onion into small cubes and then fry it briskly in rapeseed oil. At this point, add a generous pinch of each spice, except for just a pinch of chili. After a few minutes, add the passata. Wait until everything comes to a boil, then puree the contents of the pot so that no onion pieces remain in the soup later. Now you can season the soup to taste. My tip: If it’s too spicy, add a little milk. However, if you feel like something is missing even after using all the spices generously, I recommend adding a little sugar. If you want the soup to be a sauce, simply reduce the ingredients accordingly.
