  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed, crushed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

from the microwave

Mix everything together and microwave on high for about 3 minutes.
