Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with salmon, arugula, tuna
Salmon wrap: For the sauce, mix the crème fraîche with the tomato paste and the spices. For a more intense tomato flavor, you can also slice a small tomato or add a few tablespoons of tomato pesto. Warm the wrap briefly in the microwave, then spread with the sauce. Then stack the salmon, arugula, tomato slices, mozzarella, and onion rings in the middle and roll up the wrap. Tuna wrap: For the sauce, mix the tuna, onion, spices, and, if available, cream cheese, sour cream, or crème fraîche (best done with a small blender to create a cream). If necessary, add a little milk or cream to make the cream a little more runny. Warm the wrap briefly in the microwave, then spread a thin layer of the sauce on top. Stack the iceberg lettuce, corn, and chives in the middle, add another generous portion of tuna cream, and roll up the wrap. Mediterranean Wrap: For the sauce, combine the pesto with a little crème fraîche and seasoning to create a delicious cream. Warm the wrap briefly in the microwave, then brush with the sauce. Then, layer the Serrano ham, chopped olives, arugula, tomato slices, and mozzarella in the center and roll up the wrap. Now, simply cut each rolled wrap into two pieces and divide them between two plates. For parties, we recommend quartering the wraps!
