Bright persimmon smoothie

Mix a banana, persimmon, cinnamon, and ginger in a blender and get a great warming breakfast.

Quinoa with cherries

Soak the quinoa overnight. In the morning, boil the quinoa for 5 minutes, and add a tablespoon of coconut oil and a handful of thawed cherries.

Toasted unleavened bread with avocado and paprika

This is a great option for those with a sweet tooth. Take some bread, bake it in a toaster oven, mix in some Philadelphia cheese, and top with a few slices of avocado and paprika.

Chia pudding

One of the easiest recipes. Simply pour chia with vegetable milk or Greek yogurt and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, you’ll have a healthy breakfast waiting for you. Add some nuts and dried fruit to it.

Flaxseed porridge

This porridge is a source of omega-3-6-9 fatty unsaturated acids! Grind the flax in a coffee grinder, add hot water, and stir. Add a pear or some thawed berries.

Enjoy!
