Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp Flour , 405
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil, sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp water, possibly 4 tbsp, or vegan milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • e.g. cocoa powder, coconut flakes, oat flakes, etc

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

delicious vegan snack from the microwave

Mix all ingredients in a mug and bake in the microwave for 3 minutes at approximately 600 W. Baking times may vary depending on the microwave and the size of the mug, so experiment. I recommend scooping or carefully removing the batter from the mug, as it will be very hot.
