  • 1 jar asparagus
  • Flour

  • Breadcrumbs
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

Top each slice of cooked ham with a slice of sliced ​​cheese, then tightly roll up one (or two, depending on the thickness) spear of asparagus. Coat the roll first in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Heat the clarified butter until very hot and quickly fry the rolls until crispy. They taste great hot or cold. I always prepare the rolls a day in advance and cut them in half before serving.
