Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350g spaghetti
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 200 g cream
- 2 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
unusual – but quick and tasty!
Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Heat the cream in a large(!) pan. Stir in the vegetable broth and add the well-squeezed sauerkraut. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring. Add the drained spaghetti and mix well.
