Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 150 g natural yogurt, creamed
- e.g. jam (apricot or cherry)

Creamy and variable
Cook pasta (any type works) according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain through a sieve and let cool. Mix with yogurt and, if desired, drizzle with about 3-4 teaspoons of apricot or cherry jam, stirring to create a decorative pattern. Variations are possible with Nutella, cinnamon and sugar, honey, and—as a special recommendation—plum jam. This recipe serves two people as a main course, but is also more than suitable as a dessert for twice as many people. It can be mixed together in 2 minutes.
