Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g spaghetti, cooked or other pasta leftovers from the previous day
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • cinnamon for sprinkling
  • some vegetable oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

ideal for using up leftover pasta

Fry the cooked noodles in a little vegetable oil in a nonstick pan until crispy and golden brown. Add 40g of sugar and let it caramelize. Once the noodles are golden brown and crispy, arrange them on two plates. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the remaining sugar and sesame seeds. If you like, you can also add cinnamon. Tip: If serving this dish as a dessert, fresh fruit, such as strawberries, would also go well with it. This makes the dish appear fresher and even lighter.
