Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rolls
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 pickled gherkins, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fry the bacon in a pan and set aside. Fry the eggs and season. Top the rolls with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cheese, bacon, pickles, and fried eggs as desired.
