Maultaschen baked on beans, cream cheese and vegetables

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 200 g homemade vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 250 g white beans (can), drained
  • 2 Maultasche(s) with vegetable filling
  • 1 slice(s) butter cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the cream cheese, broth, and seasonings in a saucepan, mix, and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the beans and simmer for another 3-5 minutes, until the desired consistency is reached. Then transfer to a casserole dish. Meanwhile, cook the Maultaschen according to the package instructions and then drain. Place the Maultaschen on top of the vegetables and scatter the cream cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes, then serve.
