Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. breadcrumbs
  • n. B. Spice(s) as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without egg

Mix flour and water into a creamy paste. Add salt and spices and mix. Coat the breaded items in the flour paste and then in breadcrumbs. If you want a particularly thick coating, you can repeat this process several times.
