Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g zucchini
- 200 g light cream cheese
- 200 g cottage cheese (granular cream cheese)
- 3 cloves garlic
- Cayenne pepper
- herbal salt

Diet spread
Wash the zucchini, trim off the ends, and grate. Season with salt and let stand for about 10 minutes to draw out the water. Wrap in a linen cloth and wring thoroughly to remove any excess water. Place the squeezed zucchini in a pan along with the crushed garlic. Season with herb salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste. Sauté on high for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Let cool. Whisk the zucchini mixture with the cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth. It’s perfect as a spread, but also as a dip for raw vegetables or as a side dish for barbecues. Per serving, 1.5 servings of WK and 90 calories. Suitable for a glycemic index diet.
