Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml natural yogurt (can also be low-fat)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped or squeezed
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp chives, fresh, chopped
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 hours; Total time approx. 20 hours 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and let stand for 20 minutes. It tastes great as a dip for crackers, potato wedges, French fries, or as a salad dressing.
