Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g pasta, spirelli are ideal
- ½ bunch radishes
- 1 tsp oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Only carbohydrates – no protein
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, wash the radishes, remove the green parts and roots, and roughly dice them. Heat oil in a pan, add the radishes, and sauté, tossing gently. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the cooked pasta.
