Noodles with imperial vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g penne or other pasta
  • 200 g mixed vegetables (Kaiser vegetables), frozen
  • 2 cubes of vegetable stock
  • some herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Very quick and very easy!

Combine the pasta and the (frozen) Kaisergemüse in a pot, fill the pot with water so that everything is well covered, and add the two stock cubes. Bring the water to a boil and simmer until the pasta is al dente. The vegetables will also be cooked by then. Season with herb salt and enjoy. This recipe was created to use up leftovers. It’s quick and requires very little effort, and it tastes really good! If you like, you can even add a little hollandaise sauce.
