Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some flavoring (lemon flavor), a few drops
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine all ingredients with a mixer and pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 170°C for approximately 30-40 minutes (test with a toothpick if done). Carefully remove the cake from the pan and let it cool. Decorate to your liking (e.g., with powdered sugar, icing, etc.).
