Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 1 cup(s) rice pudding
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Take 6 tablespoons of the milk, bring the rest to the boil and add the rice pudding. Continue to simmer over low heat until the rice pudding is cooked. In the meantime, mix the pudding powder with the 6 tablespoons of milk and the sugar. When the rice pudding is cooked, remove from the heat, stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil again briefly. If the rice pudding is too thick, just add a little more milk. The whole thing is best served with cream and cherries (peaches are also delicious with it) or simply with cinnamon. It also tastes great cold from the fridge the next day.
