Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 200 g nuts (macadamia nuts)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the chocolate and macadamia nuts with a large knife and set aside. Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and vanilla seeds until creamy. Add the salt, egg, flour, and baking powder and continue beating. Stir in half of the chocolate-nut mixture. Using a teaspoon, place small mounds of dough, leaving some space between them, on baking sheets lined with baking paper and press a little of the reserved chocolate-nut mixture into each one. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C/150°C fan/gas mark 2 for about 12 to 15 minutes.
