Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft or margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, add the egg and beat until fluffy. Stir in the flour and baking powder, then fold in the grated cheese. Place small heaps of the mixture onto a baking sheet (lined with baking paper) using a teaspoon. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 190°C.
