Raisin nut bread from the BBA

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 ½ tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 400 g spelt flour type 630
  • 140 g rye flour type 997 or wholemeal rye flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 100 g raisins washed, dusted with flour
  • 50 g walnuts, whole or chopped, possibly more, approx. 100 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the ingredients into the bread maker’s container in the order listed. Select the “Quick/Express” or “Normal” program, 1100 g loaf size, and “Medium” browning level, and start. After the beep sounds, add the washed and floured raisins and walnuts. When the bread is done, immediately remove it from the pan and let it cool completely.
