Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 5 tsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 ½ tsp oil (walnut oil)
- 1 ½ tsp basil in oil, drained
- 350 g flour, wheat flour type 550
- 2 ½ tbsp milk powder (skimmed milk powder)
- 1 ½ tsp marjoram
- 1 ½ tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of yeast (dry baker’s yeast)
- 70 g walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for the bread maker, incredibly delicious!
Pour the water into the bread pan, add the oils and basil. Spread the flour evenly over the flour and sprinkle with skimmed milk powder and herbs. Place the salt and sugar in each corner of the pan. Make a small indentation in the flour with your finger, leaving the liquid exposed, and add the yeast. Bake the bread. Program: Normal, medium browning. Tip: I let the machine make only the dough and then shape it into a loaf. I place it on a baking sheet, let it rise once more, and bake it in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
