Sift the spelt flour into a bowl. Then add the low-fat quark, eggs, baking powder, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt and sugar. Then, using the dough hook on a mixer, knead everything thoroughly until the dough is no longer sticky. If it is, add a little more flour. Shape the dough into a long sausage shape and form about nine round rolls. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten slightly. Finally, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) and bake the rolls for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
