Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 100 ml whole milk
- 400 g processed cheese
- 4 tbsp harissa (paste)
- lots of chili flakes
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp mustard, hot
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

Combine the heavy cream, milk, mustard, chili flakes, and harissa paste in a saucepan and heat until it reaches a gentle simmer. Gradually add the cheese spread to the pan, stirring constantly with a whisk. The dip will thicken slightly over time, but not too thick. Finally, add a tablespoon of white wine vinegar and chili flakes, if desired. The dip will be very spicy and is more suitable for those who like their food very spicy. Serve it with nachos, of course.
