Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g almonds, chopped or ground
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 47 minutes

Pastries

Make a shortcrust pastry from the first 6 ingredients. Form small balls and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 17 minutes (check; each oven is different). Sift the powdered sugar and roll the balls in it while they are still hot, then let them cool.
