Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter (soft)
- 180 g sugar
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 350 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 5 cups cornflakes
- 100 g chocolate, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs in a large mixing bowl until fluffy. Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder, then gradually stir into the fluffy mixture. Stir the cornflakes and chocolate into the batter, using a large wooden spoon to prevent the mixer from over-crushing the cornflakes. Preheat oven to 175°C. Form the dough into small cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then bake for about 15 minutes.
