Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 100 g starch flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat thoroughly until fluffy. Gradually stir in the sifted flour and cornstarch. Form the dough into small balls, flatten slightly, and press into them with a fork. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C for approximately 8–12 minutes.
