Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter of cola
  • 8 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot and sweet
  • curry powder
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Bring the cola to a boil and reduce until the liquid just covers the bottom of the pot and the cola has a syrupy consistency. This will take about 1/2 hour on full heat. Let the reduction cool and stir in all the other ingredients.
