Fine hazelnut cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 180 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Jam (orange marmalade)
  • Cocoa powder
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Knead the flour and salt into a smooth dough, then chill for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a board and cut out circles, flowers, or any desired shapes. Cut a small circle out of half of the cookies. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 12-15 minutes. Once cooled, spread with jam and place a biscuit on top, then dust with icing sugar or cocoa powder. Store the cookies in a tin lined with aluminum foil.
