- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g almonds, chopped
- 125 g oat flakes, fine
- 60 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes
with oat flakes
Cream the butter, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Add the almonds, oats, sifted flour, and baking powder and mix well. Preheat the oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-assisted. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, not too close together, and flatten them with a spoon. Bake the cookies in the hot oven for 12-15 minutes. Then, with the baking paper on, transfer them to a wire rack and let cool. Dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
