Chicken breast topped with mashed potatoes
Grease a shallow baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the chicken breast, dry thoroughly, and cut into large pieces. Briefly fry the chicken pieces in hot oil, remove from the pan, and season with pepper, salt, and paprika. Then place the seasoned poultry in the greased baking dish. Mix the puree with an egg and season with salt and nutmeg. Then, using two tablespoons, spread dollops of the puree over the meat until it is completely covered. Place the baking dish in the oven at 200°C for about 30-40 minutes, until the puree browns. Serve with vegetables in a light sauce.
