Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes
- 5 onions
- 400 g smoked salmon
- 1 bunch of dill
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 lemon(s)
- salt and pepper

Cook the potatoes in their jacket potatoes for about 20 minutes, then let cool. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Wash the dill, shake it dry, and chop it. Mix the oil with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Peel the potatoes and slice them with an egg slicer. Grease a large, shallow baking dish. Layer the potatoes, onions, and the chopped salmon. Sprinkle with dill and pour the lemon-oil mixture over them. Cook in the oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. I like to serve it with tzatziki or herb curd cheese.
