Vegetable casserole with sausage and meat leftovers

Cut the kohlrabi and potatoes into thin slices, and chop up any leftover sausage and meat. Meanwhile, cook the onions in a pan until translucent, add the chopped sausage and meat, and fry briefly. Grease a casserole dish with oil or butter, place a layer of kohlrabi on top, add the fried sausage and meat, and then a layer of potato slices. Layer everything in this order until all the ingredients are used up. Finally, spread a cup of sour cream mixed with herbs over the top. Tip: If you like it spicier, you can also add salt, pepper, etc. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-45 minutes (baking time depends on the thickness of the vegetable slices).
