Leek and Mushroom Gratin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g leek
  • 120 g bacon or ham, diced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • ½ onion(s)
  • Broth (vegetable bouillon), fat-free, granulated
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • n. B. Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

light gratin with bacon or ham cubes

Trim the leek and cut into approximately 2 cm long pieces. Blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain. Fry the bacon or ham cubes in the oil. Add the leek, mushrooms, and onion and sauté together. Season with stock. Add the apple slices, mix everything with the soy sauce, and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Place on an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 10 minutes.
